Ranin Mendis is a highly accomplished lending and fintech leader with more than 15 years’ experience across banking, mortgage broking, digital lending, and commercial partnerships. As Head of Lending at Prosperity Advisers, he brings deep expertise in residential and commercial lending strategy, business growth, customer experience, and high-performing team leadership.
Ranin has built a strong reputation for driving loan growth, scaling lending operations, and creating innovative customer acquisition strategies across both traditional banking and fast-growth fintech environments. His experience spans major financial institutions, digital lending platforms, and entrepreneurial ventures, giving him a unique understanding of the evolving lending landscape and client expectations.
Prior to joining Prosperity, Ranin was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ello Lending Co, where he built and led a multi-state mortgage brokerage operation servicing clients across Australia. He successfully established strategic partnerships with aggregators, referral networks, developers, and financial services professionals, while implementing scalable systems to support sustainable business growth and customer service excellence.
Operationally, Ranin implements workflow, compliance, and CRM systems for pipeline management and client servicing. He participates as a contributor in mortgage industry discussions, specifically focusing on broker innovation, market strategy, and access for first-home buyers.
