As an SMSF Supervisor Accountant, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and providing clients with proactive advice on legislation changes, including contributions, pension requirements, and audit compliance.
With an extensive background managing large portfolios of up to 240 SMSFs ranging from direct shares and property to cryptocurrency and unlisted companies. Melissa brings a wealth of technical expertise to the Prosperity team. She is highly proficient in industry-standard software, including BGL 360 and Xero, and possesses a strong track record of managing workflows, ATO lodgements, and TBAR reporting.
Beyond her technical proficiency, Melissa is passionate about mentoring junior staff and developing team members. She thrives in collaborative environments, focusing on building lasting client relationships and ensuring that all compliance and reporting deadlines are met with precision.
