Experience
Laura started her career as a cadet accountant at the end of her first year of university in 2013 in Armidale. From there she has worked in three mid-tier firms before starting with Prosperity in July 2020. Throughout her career, Laura has developed experience in providing strategic business services and taxation advice to businesses working in primary production, investment operation and professional services firms.
Laura currently holds the role of Associate Director in the Business Services and Taxation division in our Newcastle office. In this role, she provides accounting and tax compliance services to businesses across a range of industries, including clients in IT and software development and professional services firms. She also enjoys working with not for profits to help them grow through increasing efficiencies and business planning.
Laura focusses on building strong relationships with her clients that are based on mutual respect and honesty. She enjoys working with clients on challenging business and tax issues to deliver the best possible financial outcomes. Laura’s clients value her commitment and holistic approach to achieving their goals and appreciate that she delivers advice in an easy to understand manner.
