QLD Poker Machine Tender #62 (Pubs) - Tender OPEN

The QLD Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has opened the tender for the latest round of gaming authorities today, 5 November 2026.

Authorities available in each region per below with the last traded tender value in brackets, being:​

• 18 South-East ($615,250 - tender #61) – minimum acceptable price $499,602.
• 8 Coastal ($238,000 - tender #61) – minimum acceptable price $184,262.
• 12 Western ($172,932 - tender #61) – minimum acceptable price $156,126.
   

Pub Authorities

Supply increasing in all regions on the back of rising prices in the last tender but still historically tight. Expecting South-East and Coastal pools to clear with increasing values. Western pool was tested in the last tender where only 11/12 cleared so potentially lower prices in this tender with an uncleared pool.

If you intend to bid in the Pub Tender, please ensure you have lodged your completed form (along with the lodgement fee of $83) in the tender box (facsimile, post or email not acceptable) with the Public Trust Office, West Tower, Ground Floor, 410 Ann Street, Brisbane prior to 4pm Wednesday 25 November 2026.
