QLD Poker Machine Tender #60 (Pubs) - Tender OPEN

The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has opened the tender for the latest round of gaming authorities via the Courier Mail today, 4 March 2026 (yet to be updated on the public trustee website).

Authorities available in each region per below with the last traded tender value in brackets, being:

• 4 South East ($564,867 - tender #58) – minimum acceptable price $385,582.  
• Nil Coastal ($201,362 - tender #58) – minimum acceptable price $N/A.
• 23 Western ($131,500 - tender #58) – minimum acceptable price $131,250.

Pub Authorities

There has been a dramatic collapse in supply in South East (over 100 available in the in last two tenders) and Coastal (nil supply) related to declining values in last two tenders. Western Region supply still strong in line with rising values.

If you intend to bid in the Pub Tender, please ensure you have lodged your completed form (along with the lodgement fee of $80) in the tender box (facsimile, post or email not acceptable) with the Public Trust Office, West Tower, Ground Floor, 410 Ann Street, Brisbane prior to 4pm Wednesday 25 March 2026.
