The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has released the result of Tender #49 (Friday last week):

• $281,500 South East (Up from $197,937 in tender 47 or 42.2%) 
• $154,940 Coastal (Up from $122,516 in tender 48 or 26.5%)
• NO MARKET Western ($17,061 last value in tender 45)
  

South East Region had a strong increase with no tender last round (tender #48) and only two authorities in this tender. Strong demand in the South East remains with new greenfield sites to continue this pressure into the foreseeable future. Buying demand in the Coastal Region remains strong and increased against my expectations. All authorities cleared in both regions.

Western region no supply – last tender was in July 2020.
