Shivangi is an Internal Audit and Assurance professional with more than 6 years of experience across governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory assurance within financial services and public sector environments. She specialises in delivering end-to-end internal audit engagements, assessing risk management and control frameworks, and providing clear, evidence-based reporting to support organisational improvement and compliance outcomes.
Prior to joining Prosperity Advisers Group, Shivangi worked with Protiviti and KPMG, where she led and delivered audits across operational resilience, payroll, HR, third-party risk, fraud risk management, treasury, AML/CTF compliance, sanctions, KYC, and governance frameworks.
Shivangi has extensive experience working with financial services organisations, government agencies, infrastructure entities, and fintech businesses. Her expertise includes assessing control design and operating effectiveness, performing regulatory compliance reviews, and leveraging data-informed insights to strengthen governance and risk management practices.
Throughout her career, Shivangi has successfully led audits aligned with IIA Standards and supported clients in enhancing operational effectiveness, improving compliance processes, and uplifting risk culture.
