Prosperity Advisers Group is proud to announce that Ben Travers, Associate Director in Financial Services Division, has been named among the 50 most influential financial advisers in Australia by Financial Standard, as part of its prestigious 2025 FS Power50 list.
Now in its 12th year, the FS Power50 recognises financial advisers who are shaping the future of the advice profession through leadership, innovation, and community impact. Advisers are nominated and voted for by peers and industry professionals, with the final list celebrating those who exemplify excellence and promote the value of financial advice across Australia.
Ben said he was honoured to be recognised in this year’s FS Power50.
“It’s a privilege to be acknowledged alongside so many respected professionals who are driving positive change in our industry. At Prosperity, we’re passionate about empowering clients to make confident, informed financial decisions that help them achieve their long-term goals,” he said.
This marks the third time Ben has been individually recognised in 2025, reflecting his outstanding contribution to the financial advice profession. Earlier this year, he was named a Finalist in the IFA Excellence Awards in the Investment Adviser of the Year category, and a Finalist in the SMSF Adviser Awards for SMSF Investment Strategist of the Year.
Head of our Financial Services Division, Hamish Landreth, congratulated Ben on his continued success.
“Ben’s inclusion in the FS Power50 is a well-deserved recognition of his leadership, professionalism, and client-focused approach. His consistent recognition across multiple national awards this year reflects not only his individual excellence, but also the strength of Prosperity’s Wealth Management team and our commitment to delivering holistic, client-centred advice,” Mr Landreth said.
Ben’s recognition follows a series of milestones for Prosperity Advisers, including surpassing $1 billion in Funds Under Management and achieving continued growth across its advisory and wealth management divisions.
The FS Power50 is determined through an extensive nominations and voting process conducted by Financial Standard and FS Advice. This year’s list highlights advisers who have championed the value of advice through client service, industry leadership, and community engagement.
