Colin has more than 20 year’s experience providing strategic business advice and taxation services to entrepreneurial and family businesses.

He is a Director in the Business Services and Taxation group, based in our Sydney office.

Colin provides holistic solutions to business and their owners. His strategic advice helps owners maximise the commercial value of their business, ensuring that various aspects of the business are investment ready. His extensive experience is in industries including food and hospitality, engineering, manufacturing, retail and property development.

He also supports business owners on the personal side, with strategic advice on family matters for wealthy families involving asset protection, wealth accumulation and estate planning. As a trusted adviser he has helped numerous family businesses and groups simplify and restructure complex arrangements to enable growth and succession planning.

Colin’s long-standing clients value his excellent communication and commitment to delivering high-quality, proactive, timely advice.

Prior to joining Prosperity, Colin was a Partner with another mid-tier firm for close to a decade providing sound commercial solutions to complex problems together with leading food and hospitality specialism.
