Alana has over 12 years’ experience specialising in full function payroll, customer service and client relationship management. This experience spans various industries, including recruitment, financial services, not-for-profit and hospitality.
Alana leads the outsourced payroll team, providing support to her clients on all aspects of payroll including end-to-end processing, modern award and EA interpretation, legislative compliance, process improvement, client onboarding and software implementation. Her team offers high level customer service and a flexible approach, tailoring payroll services to meet individual client needs.
Alana has completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and regularly attends payroll and taxation training and updates to remain across changes in legislation.
