Experience

Garth is an Associate Director of Business Services and Taxation in our Newcastle Office. Prior to joining Prosperity, Garth held the role of Tax Director within a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm. 

Garth has over 13 years experience specialising in areas of complex tax, including international tax, mergers & acquisitions and restructures.

His experience covers a diverse client base, ranging from large listed companies to privately owned groups. Industry sectors covered by these clients include manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, IT, service and hospitality.

Garth is recognised by his clients and colleagues as having sound commercial acumen, with the ability to develop strategies and solutions that incorporate a practical approach and a focus on profitability and tax-efficiency.
