Michael has been a Director since 1992. As one of the senior members of the Prosperity team he has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the business.
Having played a key role in the early growth and direction of the business, Michael now enjoys working on developing the careers of others. Now that Im older I enjoy watching young people grow and develop. There is great satisfaction in helping and guiding them on a career path that has allowed us to expand the foundations of the business around good people. said Michael.
Michael currently heads up a team of 14 staff in strategy services to deliver support and advice to financial advisors. Michael also is responsible for Lending and Risk Services. Prior to this role, Michael oversaw business services and tax. He is a big believer of, there is not just one answer to a problem and he actively encourages this thinking among younger staff members. Its this attitude that he believes fosters Prosperitys reputation as an innovative company.
A self confessed sports tragic, Michael is a Knights fan, enjoys the odd game of golf and spending time with his young family.
